2. While chicken is cooking turn heat on medium pan and melt butter
3. Boil water for rice with tbs of butter, 1 chicken boullion and tsp seadoned salt
4. In pan with butter add onion , pepper, and celery and salt and pepprr to taste
5. After veggies are bout half way cooked add garlic and cook for a minute or so
6. Add wine to pan and turn up heat to reduce most of the way add, flour and stir well so no lumps
7. While continuing stiring add milk.
8. Add chicken broth til its a consistancy you like.
9. Chop chicken and add to sauce
10. Put chicken mixture over rice
